We have proven to continually meet or exceed client expectations through establishing requirements and success criteria at our Preconstruction/Kickoff Meeting. Once established, we monitor and report progress via Weekly Progress Meetings onsite with all stakeholders. At project completion, we meet with the client to conduct our Lessons Learned Meeting. This is a comprehensive review of project details, an opportunity to document feedback, and a forum to discuss areas of improvement for future projects.
